Meditation Meet-ups
Commencing in May (TBC) I will be holding weekly meet-ups. We can sit together and join in strong determination to meditate and enjoy stillness. This is open to all levels; whether you’re seasoned or completely new to meditation. I may add some postures into practice from yoga, and I also like to include breath-work each session.
These sessions are held at the Cambridge Spiritualist Church (662 Newmarket Road Cambridge, CB5 8RS)
Suggested donation of £5 is welcomed.

Active Consciousness Meditation
This course is to be confirmed. I will have spaces for 8-10 people to join in this powerful and beautiful meditation, 7 sessions over a 4-5 week period.
